  Xavrae stuck it out with us through it all. He was diligent and sold our house quickly, unfortunately we had some roadblocks. Xavrae stayed focused and continued to work just as hard and finally got me the best deal for myself and my family. Never pressured me to take any deal. Was very knowledgeable about the entire house selling/buying process. Would definitely refer to anyone looking for an honest person that will stay with you through the ups and downs.

  Around this time 4 years ago I met Xavrae. I was in the process of utilizing my VA loan to purchase my 1st home. After a weekend of looking around I placed a bid on a house and with Xavrae help the selling owner agreed on the offer less than 1 day later. We closed on the house 27 days after. During the process he was able to find me a loan rate with a lender that was better than the one I was able to find. He also was so persistent with getting all the surveys needed to close using a VA Loan. In otherwords, Xavrae made the whole process easy and made sure everything was done. Today, I call him my friend.
