  Their phone service sucks. The system can't tell the difference between "yes" and "no" unless you scream into your microphone. And I was put on hold for 10 minutes and just ended up hanging up because my phone was about to die. If you're too understaffed to answer a phone call that's been on hold for 10 minutes, then you're doing something wrong.
