  I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO LIVE OUT HERE I BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND ITS CRAZY...BECAUSE I HAVE PRBLEMS WITH ROACHES THAT I NEVE HAD IN MY LIFE AND IM DEALING WITH ALOT OF MOLD IN MY APARTMENT AND I ASK COULD THEY CHECK IT OUT THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY MILDEW

  I very much enjoy living in Verdant Cove Apartments and have no problems.......ANYTHING which i ask from management is resolved in a quick and positive fashion...
