  I went to this practice for 2-3 years. The hygienists and dentists do fine work.
  
  What I dislike are their business practices. They do not seem to care about your wallet/bill. As an example, while getting xrays, the hygienist said, "we would like a special picture of your one tooth." I say sure (who am I to question them). After the cleaning, I pay for the service and there is a $60 charge for a single picture of my tooth! That's crazy! If certain procedures cost extra and/or are not covered by your insurance, the costs and benefits of the procedure should be explained to the patient beforehand, so the consumer can make an informed decision. This is just one example, there were several other procedures related to "special" xrays/pictures, or oral cancer screenings, without disclosure of additional costs, and some of which I felt were of questionable merit.
