  Teller was rude and unwilling to help. She didn't listen and had a bad attitude after I told her I was told something over the phone by customer service that contradicted what she was told. She immediately said no without any effort to resolve. It was bad customer service mainly because we are such new customers and for that to be a first impression is disappointing.
