  Greeted immediately by very friendly staff. I had an issue with my key card not unlocking doors on the first try. This happened several times, even after getting a new card. The room was nice, kind of dated, but clean and had a comfortable living room/bed room layout. The staff also allowed me to have a late check-out to accommodate a meeting I was attending in town.

  My wife and I arrived late after visiting our grandson at Shand's. Needless to say, we were a little stressed. PATRICK, however, greeted us with a smile and an uplifting demeanor. He is a great representative of your brand. Thank you PATRICK for making us feel welcomed and relaxed.
