  The interiors are nicely updated, affordable price, professional, friendly office and maintenance staff, great privacy (private gated courtyard entrance) pool and fitness room, safe area.

  I just moved to Santa Fe trace and so far everything is great. The apartment was cleaner than I thought it would be. The carpet and appliances look brand new so maybe they are. I've only lived here a week but no noise from neighbors. I had to call maintenance for an extremely small issue with my bathroom and they were there the next morning. (I put the request in after hours the previous nights) I never write reviews but for the price I'm paying it is deffinitely more than I expected. So far no complaints!
