  I don't understand how a well known salon that is regularly mentioned on tlc can't color hair. You can even pay extra to have a "pro" which I did. This is twice now I've gone in there and told that what I would like done is not achievable and then I go home and manage to do it at home on my own. First I was told they didn't have the color. Then I was told Ines's a temporary color and would wash out in 2 washes. Then I was told that with my hair the color would be difficult to achieve and they were not comfortable with it. They proceeded to give me to a different stylist who was in her words "hesitant" to try. They made me feel uncomfortable and I decided that I was just going to get it cut. The original stylist said the second one could keep me because I was "flippy". No... you just made me feel uncomfortable. I finally got my hair cut and the back was shorter than I wanted. The front was nice. But the stylist barely even spoke to me the entire time I was there. She asked what I wanted and that was it. She spoke to the other stylist and I was bored and included myself in the conversation once or twice, she blow dried my hair and it didn't really look like the picture, and the back was too short. I left the salon in tears. I'll never go back.
