  They do not stand behind what they sell. I purchased 3 toilets, a vanity, mirror and other accessories from them. Within a week, we knew that 2 toilets (the same model) were no good. Clear flushing problems. I do a little research, and lo and behold, many many people have had issues with these same toilets. I asked to exchange the toilets (for more expensive ones!).
  
  Morgan Bros response: since the toilets have already been installed there is nothing we can do, we can’t take the used toilets back. I’m sorry. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
  
  I have since reviewed the return policies of Home Depot and Lowes. If I had bought the same toilet at one of those stores, I would easily be able to return/exchange them.
