  I am a new customer, but my sister bought four new appliances here and had a good experience. I bought a fancy glass countertop range; they came and installed the complicated thing with great care and competence; I'm delighted with their work and that they got it installed quickly. They came when they said they would and got it done in one visit.

  Lowes decided to refer this location to my father...BAD IDEA!! This place kept my father stove for 2 months just to order a part for temperature regulations; wouldve probably kept it longer if my father didnt keep calling (bad customer service)! When he finally got the stove back, a rack from inside the stove was missing AND the cord to plug the stove in was missing! When called about the missing parts, the employee said they COULD NOT FIND THE MISSING PARTS! ..Horrible place, people please do not take your items to this place.
