  I did implantation in this practice last year. The implant was put at a wrong direction and the dentist just didn't find it until I felt usual pain. The implant had to be taken out several months after the surgery. The dentist claimed that they will fail second try with high probability. I stopped my treatment with this practice but they refused to refund the surgery cost and related cost (Essix and implantation guidance). I am still struggling to get my money back. Be very careful.
