  Went to pick up a prepaid online order of flooring and everyone in the store acted like it was their first time with simply bringing my flooring out front. I was in no rush at the time. However the customer service from every member of the staff I encountered while collecting other items I needed for my project was below par to say it nicely. Thank goodness I know what I am looking for because this Home Depot would have been no help today if I had needed them. Normally not one to post reviews but Home Depot's customer service line is not available today. 1 star was given only because I did get the flooring successfully in my truck before I left.
