  After having so many problems with MobilityWorks - aka - d/b/a Handicap Driver Services in Jacksonville - I had a lift installed by MW, and from day 1 it was problematic, until the lift actually broke. So, in need of a replacement, I called Gator Custom Mobility of Gainesville, and spoke with Steve Johnson who is the owner, and he was very helpful and encouraging to let me know, just by talking, some of the problems that MobilityWorks/HDS had failed to tell me, and, I look forward very much to being assisted by GCM in getting my new lift. I am grateful for Steve's input, which absolutely makes sense, and, soon, I shall have a new lift, and be back on the road again! Thank you very much, Steve, and I will look forward to speaking with Miss Loper as you recommended to get the paperwork taken care of. I already spoke with Medicare and Tricare For Life, and, it will most certainly be covered! Thanks for caring!! :-)

  I've gotten my chair fixed here several times over the years. When my chair is down, I'm stuck. They get me in and out quickly and I'm back out and about. Will continue to use their services and when I'm up for a new chair.
