  Very knowledgeable group of trainers that design their workouts to meet your specific goals. Challenging workouts but in a safe environment because of their knowledge and individual attention that they provide.

  I'm a competitive athlete who had a reoccurring back injury that would not go away. I would rest, and it would get better, but as soon as I started climbing up to high percentages again, the pain would always return.
  
  Gainesville Wellness and Performance, through their expertise and experience working with serious athletes, literally cured my back, and helped me understand what was going wrong in the first place.
  
  GWP gave me the knowledge I needed about my body to be proactive in my maintenance as an athlete. The worst thing that any athlete could ever feel is injured with no answer to why. GWP gave me that answer and helped me continue doing what I love, pain free.
