  I've been to a lot of japanese steakhouses and this one was ok, not great by any means. The soup and salad was probably my favorite part of the meal. The chef was very friendly and interacted with us great. The waiter/waitress was very attentive and nice. My problem was with the food...the noodles are just plain out disgusting. Very bland in flavor and had a plastic taste. The rice was good. The vegetables were not very tender. The meat, which I got steak and lobster, was decent. The yum-yum sauce was ok. Overall, the place is just ok. I wouldn't even say good, just ok. I've been to Yamato's which was just ok as well. I really wish a fantastic japanese steakhouse would open up in gainesville.
