  I am a current resident and have been here since August, and overall I have had a great experience. Jodi the property manager is the sweetest lady I have ever met and has worked hard to fix any issues that came up. There are occasional bugs which is the only reason it doesn't have 5 stars but that's not particularly surprising seeing as I am living in one of the un-renovated apartments which was built in the 70's. I enjoy the quiet community and the fact that they don't have dog breed restrictions.

  Nice community for what you pay. It's on 20th but it doesn't have any other complexes directly beside it so it feels kind of secluded and away from all the noise of 20th. I liked that it has a gate you can't just walk right through or jump right over. I lived in the juniper floor plan so the closets are huge and there is two of them which was really nice. The loft ceilings make the apartment seem bigger than it is. The community overall was really quiet. The manager, Jodi, is really nice, and maintenance was always responsive and helpful.
