  So my husband and I searched for many months for the right location for our office. We were renting and wanted to buy. We found a diamond in the rough online one day and Eric Ligman was the listing agent. This was the smoothest large purchase we have ever made because of the diligence and excellent communication from Eric. One time I called him about a question I had and unbeknownst to me he was on vacation and he still returned my call within 10 minutes!
