  My car's AC didn't appear to be working so I took it in to have it looked at. They got back to me right away and said the AC did need to be fixed. I found out that because my car was still under warranty (I recently bought it) I had to take it to the car dealership to have the repair covered. Almond's told me that they would normally charge for the diagnosis if I didn't go through with repairs with them. But because they hadn't told me that initially, they wouldn't charge me "because that would be wrong." I'm super impressed. Since when does a business care about that!
