  It would be nice if there were employees actually working to serve the people who are waiting. There are 13 windows for service but only 2 are staffed. The waiting room is full to capacity. I've been waiting for 30 minutes already. A lot of people have been here much longer. We pay plenty of taxes, including for social security. It would be nice if the agency actually cared to provide service.

  Had an 11 am appointment. It's now 1 pm. Horrible experience. Telephoning is only slightly better.

  Horrible service. I have a contagious infection and can't go to public places. They never return my call, and never answer the phone. Does this place even exist?
