  I am very thankful to Eric Leightman for helping my wife and I find and purchase our first home. It was a pleasure working with him. He walked us through the entire process, from selecting a home to closing on the property. He always regarded our opinion and was transparent with us. Once he saw what we were looking for in a home he was able to make great recommendations. It was refreshing to work with someone we grew to trust and now consider a good friend. What we valued the most about working with Eric was his genuine interest in helping us, even if it meant not purchasing a home. To us that spoke volumes. Not only is he knowledgeable of the market and real estate process but he honors those he works with and readily made himself available. We had the most wonderful experience purchasing our home! We highly recommend working with Eric Leightman and the rest of the team at University Realty and would certainly work with him again.

  We recently purchased on condo, Matt Price and his team assisted us with everything since we are not in town to handle anything personally. Matt and his staff responded to our calls and emails timely and they are extremely professional from the initial phone call all through the entire process. Thanks Matt for making this purchase so easy!

  Only cares about the complaints of homeowners using their company to manage the tenants, they DO NOT care about making things more convenient for tenants and they DO NOT listen to tenants. Expect an employee of their company to come by every 3-4 months to walk through and just eyeball all your belongings, get ready for them to say they will be there that day between 9am-5pm when they are only in the unit for less than 2 minutes and can EASILY give you a more accurate and HELPFUL time frame. BE PREPARED to have accusations thrown at you that you have multiple people living in your apartment because you have more clothes or shoes than they think is reasonable.
