  Super fresh everything. Rolls were prepared with expertise. Held together tightly. I was told by the head sushi chef that they go through it so fast, they get fish every 2 or 3 days. The seaweed salad was huge and not served over a pile of cucumbers like some places do. Had the cucumber special roll and the smoked salmon roll. Everything was amazing.
