  In May of 2016 I adopted a blind Orange 1-year old cat from them. I had no true difficulty contacting them and the people I talked to were nice and caring about her. Understanding that she had a disability, they gave me time to interact with her 1-on-1 to make sure we were a good fit.
  
  I have loved her (and her bossy attitude) since. But Fiona aside, the location did not smell, and people were friendly. I do think that they should do a more in-depth application process for adoption. Thankfully, I am a good person and responsible, but I wouldn't be surprised about college kids lying to get a pet and then being overwhelmed by one.
  
  I had an overall pleasant experience with them and do plan on using them again in the future if I plan to adopt another animal.
