  Have been staying here for a semester now and the price is too high for what you get. Maintenance is reasonably fast to come fix problems but it is always a temporary fix never stays fixed for very long. Also was told water was included in rent but it is not. Renovation claims are misleading as renovations must have been at least five years ago.
