  My experience so far at boardwalk has been very pleasurable! The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Maintenance has always worked very hard to push work orders through and be sure I was satisfied during my residency. My lease is ending and I walked into the office to speak with Jorge and he was very helpful making sure my requests were accommodated. Sunny has been wonderful, she always greets me with a smile. I would recommend boardwalk as a place to call home. I have referred friends and they have also had great experiences in living here!

  Recently moved in my with husband. We are out of the apartment most of the day. My husband is always at school (UF) and I'm working or at the gym. I have one horrible neighbor who attracts a plethora of other degenerates right near my door every single day and night. Loud, smoking marijuana, cursing, talking about shooting things and people up. We can't even walk inside or outside without this person asking us for money or beer. We don't even know him! and he always looks drugged out. Is this the kind of people The Boardwalks accepts as tenants? I'm trying my best to be a patient person, next step will be complaining to management. Last will be the police. If a manager is reading this, I need some assistance.
