  Update 3/20/18 - I am updating my review to 5 stars. They have definitely gotten way better with their order correctness and the time it takes to get Togo orders ready. The food is still great and I am glad they got their act together as we all love eating there.
  Previous review where I only gave them 3 stars:
  Taste is great but they do not have their act together just yet. I had a takeout order and asked for no ranch on my cheese steak fries on 2 orders and one of them they left it off and put in on the other order. Of course I don't find it till I get back to the office with the other 5 things I ordered. I would have called to tell them about it but apparently the business phone is a cell phone so if someone is on the phone they can't answer another call and there is no voicemail set up. So if you get a takeout order check all of your containers before you leave even though they tie up the bags to make it difficult to do. I am not saying I won't eat there again but I am going to give it some time for them to get it together. All those people back there in that kitchen and they can't follow the instructions on a ticket is not a good way to start off. Owner needs to rethink his system so there is better communication for the cooks.

  Small place with awesome decor inside. Very friendly service with fast and delicious food. A great twist on the regular ole cheese steak. A must try!!!!

  It's pricey for what I'd call "okay food." I had the pizza cheese steak sandwich. It wasn't bad. We ordered a $5-6 dollar order of cheese fries and got a small order of everyday steak fries, seasoning salt and nacho cheese. I felt jipped on the amount of food to money paid for it.
  The only thing I liked about it was it's baseball themed decor. They even had Cracker Jack.

  First time visitor to Big Mills. Rating would be 3.5 if it was allowed.
  The idea of an authentic cheesesteak place in town is great. I had two issues with my visit.
  1) the steak used for my sandwich contained way to much gristle. This is compounded by the sliced/shaved nature of the steak. A more chopped (traditional) prep would keep this from being as noticeable.
  2) seasoned fries were unequally seasoned. Some were not seasoned at all. This is by no means a deal breaker, but more of a suggestion in quality control.
  3) Another suggestion would be to have napkins on each table.
  
  On the plus side...
  
  Staff are friendly
  Cleanliness is good
  Flavor of steak was good
  
  Again.. I'd rate the experience a 3.5 overall. I'll be back at some point. But I wouldn't make a special effort to visit.
