  I have banked with BOA since November of last year, with a personal account as well as a business account. When I visited today, I was greeted right away, my questions and concerns were addressed immediately, and Matthew was able to let me know the information I needed to know for my business. After speaking with him, I went to one of the tellers to make some change. The young lady was very friendly, courteous, and prompt. She understood what I wanted and followed my requests without making me repeat myself several times. I was unsure about switching to BOA at first, but the more I deal with them, the more comfortable I feel with them. Thanks for being so great, guys!!!!
